This product is a unique combination of high reactivity and ultra-low free formaldehyde content (< 0.1%) and is the ULF version of our well established MAPRENAL BF 892. Based on MAPRENAL BF 892 ULF, coating formulations with extremely low formaldehyde content (< 0.02%) are possible.

The focus applications are solvent-borne interior coatings for food cans.

A lower formaldehyde content of < 0.5 %, lower viscosity and a higher reactivity are the outstanding benefits characterizing RESIMENE 720 LF. Baking temperatures as low as 110°C are possible, depending on binder resin and technical requirements.

RESIMENE 720 LF can be used in multiple applications such as solvent- and waterborne coatings for the Automotive or Packaging Industry.

The latest development for automotive clear coats is our RESIMENE CE 7504 ULF. In combination with acrylic binder resins this iso-butylated amino crosslinker provides excellent appearance and chemical resistance.

Compared to similar formulations with HMMM products RESIMENE 7504 ULF demonstrates higher flexibility, recoat adhesion, and ultra-low formaldehyde content.

This urea crosslinking resin provides excellent heat and light resistance, particularly utilized in solvent-borne, acid-curing paints for wood flooring and furniture or in baking enamels for can and coil coatings. As a butylated urea formaldehyde crosslinker MAPRENAL UF 134 shows high reactivity and provides low free formaldehyde.

Due to its combination of high reactivity and high hardness with good elasticity, MAPRENAL UF 297 is a universal urea formaldehyde crosslinker for solvent-based, acid-curing wood coatings as well as for highly reactive baking varnishes. Amongst other applications MAPRENAL UF 297 is used in parquet coatings and in general industrial coatings.
